This is my repository for most collages I’ve done, in reverse chronological order. Click on them to see the full image.

I like seeing my progression over time. Collage began for me with vision boards, and turned into only images. I’ve explored processing feelings through them, enjoying the silliness of surreal collage, doing a #februllage challenge, and moving into abstract/intuitive collage. There are some special ones for me in here, I’ll highlight those separately in a blog post.

I love what zines stand for - access, sharing, community, and more. This was the first thing that sent me down the YouTube rabbit hole of book arts! You can see a video of it here.

A meandering fold book, made from one sheet cut with a meandering cut. You can see a video of it here.

I made this on a whim from a sheet of watercolor paper that I had used to swatch some colors. See a video here.

My first bound book:

A lotus fold book:

A “junk journal” book:

Everyone deserves access to art and beauty, especially when the world is feeling so hard. Inspired by a friend, I’ve been enjoying putting my art anonymously in the little free libraries in my neighborhood. Knowing that some neighbor of mine has my art gives me such a thrill!

“Every interaction is a chance to improve the future. A new world is possible.”

“There is still good, kindness, and care in this world - right here, right now, between us in this moment. Wishing you ease and hope.”

“You are… loved, worthy, needed… Just As You Are.”

I’m not sure what to call these. I am playing around with doing multiple compositions on one page and then focusing in on the individual compositions. I’m also getting comfortable using all my art supplies freely (so hard!).
