Generations

These photos are a reflection of the strength of the women that came before me, they each pushed the boundaries of their time with encouragement from their families. The first image is of my grandmother in her late teens, dressed in my grandfather's clothes during an era when that was never seen. That photo was captured by my grandfather. I recently recreated this image with my mom, dressed in my dad's clothes. In the future, I will be doing my self-portrait, dressed in my husband's clothes.
