Becoming a remote worker

I hope documenting my experiences around doing remote work will help me learn what an increasingly remote work force needs from talent management. Being in india will also be an interesting part, as India's presence grows larger.

In this transition, I'm also curious how the move towards remote work will impact women's issues. Could an all digital, all remote team actually be better for diversity and inclusion because all voices could be heard better? I'm sure measures would need to be applied to prevent the analog barriers of entry from carrying over, as well as increasing personal safety in these spaces for minority groups. I also wonder what this will do to the notion that increased interaction with the 'other' is what challenges and changes stereotypes. How do you build that into a safe platform of digital workers and remote teams?
